20 May 2008 - May Newsletter
NEWSLETTER
A Big Thank You to all those parents who helped man the Refreshment stall at the May Fayre on Saturday, it was a great success.
Staffing
We are sorry to announce that a valued member of our team, Carol Cross, will be leaving the setting at the end of July. She has been a great member of staff and a good team leader, setting up and running the Caterpillars for our 2 3 year olds and giving them a wonderful introduction into nursery. Julie Small will also be leaving at the end of the Summer Term due to family commitments.
This has prompted us to review the session and we have decided that, starting in September, Caterpillars will be moving into the mornings retaining their own identity but alongside pre-school children. This will then ease the introduction of the new Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum that commences in September and covers the age range 0 to 5 years. The session will operate Monday to Friday between 9am and 12 noon with the option of Lunch Club until 1pm.
